The Toronto Reverse Mortgage Learning Network is based in Toronto, Canada. Our services however spread beyond the borders of Canada into the United States. The Toronto Reverse Mortgage Learning Network is made up of a team of mortgage fee specialists and counselors dedicated to assisting seniors benefit from reverse mortgage packages. Our specialized seminar workshops, which are organized regularly, are targeted towards those who are within or close to the qualifying age bracket of reverse mortgage loans.

Reverse mortgages are unique forms of mortgages that are specially designed for elderly home owners. This special mortgage loans allow this group of people who are usually retirees to earn a steady income or access bulk loans. The funds received from reverse mortgages come in useful to pay for important bills such as medical, insurance and generally improves their standard of living. However a lot of people who qualify to be beneficiaries are not even aware of reverse mortgage packages and many others have unanswered questions. The aim of our workshops is to create awareness as well as help people decide if reverse mortgages are for them or not.

Our workshops are broken down into three main sessions, the group discourse section, the question and answer section and the one-one one counseling section. The group session involves a public discourse by two seasoned mortgage practitioners. The first speaker would address what reverse mortgage is all about, the uses, how to apply and who qualifies. The second speaker will talk on the pros and cons, specifically on when reverse mortgage can be considered as a good or a bad option. After these two speakers there will be an open FAQ, question and answer session where questions will be entertained. At the end of the program interested people can meet personally with our on the spot counselors for further counseling based on their individual circumstances.
